Not only the well-known cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) has great potential, but also other cannabinoids such as cannabinol (CBN). Our CBN products come from our own organic hemp cultivation and are available in different varieties – ideal for entering the market.
What is cannabinol (CBN)?
Strictly speaking, cannabinol (CBN) is not a cannabinoid but a metabolite of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) or the “acidic” form of THC called tetrahydrocannabinol (THCA). When the hemp plants are exposed to oxygen for a longer period of time, an oxidation process begins and THCA turns into CBN.
Our CBN products
For the extraction of CBN, we use the very gentle CO2 extraction process. As raw material, we exclusively use hemp plants that we have cultivated on our own fields in compliance with the strict Bio Suisse guidelines and harvested by hand.
We offer our business customers cannabinol either mixed with a carrier oil as CBN oil and provide you with CBN isolate for your own further processing.
CBN Oil
Our sustainably produced and high-quality CBN products can be used in many ways. To produce a CBN oil, the CBN isolate can be dissolved in a carrier oil. The classic CBN oil is ideal for end users.
Of course, cannabinol is also available as a CBN white label and private label variant. If larger quantities are required, we also supply CBN bulk goods.
CBN Isolate
For further processing, for example in cosmetics, you can use our CBN isolate. Cannabinol isolates are created by removing all other ingredients such as cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids from the raw hemp extract using the chromatography process. Subsequently, the fats and plant waxes are removed through several distillation processes. Solvent residues do not remain in the CBN isolate. The result is rather a pure CBN isolate that is highly soluble and has a consistency like sugar or salt.
